Zusammenfassung

Jobot is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent for an active commercial project in Redwood City, CA. The role supports the Senior Superintendent in day-to-day construction activities, supervising subcontractors to deliver on time, on budget, and to plan specifications.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in commercial construction, ability to interpret plans, and proficiency in MS Office. Procore and MS Project are a plus; OSHA 30 is desirable. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years of experience in Commercial Construction, preferably with a GC.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and managing daily activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and submittals.
• MS Office; Procore and MS Project are advantages.
• OSHA 30 Certification a plus, not required.

Aufgaben

• Support oversight of subcontractor work to ensure schedule and quality.
• Assist in maintaining site safety and OSHA compliance.
• Monitor SWPPP and environmental requirements on site.
• Prepare and maintain 3–week look-ahead schedule.
• Coordinate punch list items and assist in project closeout.
