Job summary

Jobot seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on design-build and commercial projects. You will work with seasoned Superintendents and Project Managers to keep schedules, ensure quality, and maintain a safe jobsite.

Responsibilities include coordinating subs, monitoring progress, assisting with scheduling and closeout, and interpreting drawings and contract docs. OSHA-30 is nice to have, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role.
• Experience supporting ground-up projects; design-build experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam or similar CM software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and field personnel to maintain progress.
• Monitor daily jobsite activities and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Support project scheduling, inspections and punch-list completion.
• Assist with project closeout and documentation.
• Read and interpret drawings, specs and contract documents.
