• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Superintendent in planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site functions.
• Ensure all work complies with standards, regulations, and codes.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and project team members.
• Assist in managing project schedule and solving on-site problems.
• Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary.
• Provide leadership and direction to construction personnel.
