Mercy Housing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support operations at Mercy Park Chamblee. You will assist the Property Manager with resident relations, rent collection, leasing, and coordination with front desk and maintenance teams. Strong HUD and Tax Credit knowledge is essential.

This on-site role offers part-time hours (32 per week) with full benefits and a pay rate of $20.00–$22.50 per hour, depending on experience. Mercy Housing values fairness and community impact.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HUD and Tax Credit experience is essential.
• Strong customer service and administrative skills.
• Ability to work on-site at Mercy Park Chamblee.

Mansioni

• Enters data in resident accounts receivable ledgers.
• Assists with resident records documentation.
• Collects rent and other income, makes bank deposits, and forwards receipts.
• Assists with the leasing process from initial application to move-in.
• Responds to customer services requests.
• May work outside normal business hours to respond to the needs of the property.
