Mercy Housing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Mercy Park Chamblee in Lithonia, GA. This on-site role supports the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community, including HUD/Tax Credit compliance, resident services, and staff coordination.

The successful Assistant Property Manager will work with the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the property. Strong understanding of HUD and Tax Credit experience are essential. You'll provide customer service to residents and visitors, and take the initiative and provide direction to staff. Work with the Front Desk and Maintenance site teams and coordinate resident engagement and events.
This is an on-site position. Mercy Park Chamblee is an affordable housing apartment community in Chamblee.
Pay: $20.00-$22.50/hour, dependent on experience.
Hours: Part-time, 32 hours per week with full-time benefits
