Responsibilities

• Support effective planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist in scheduling, cost tracking, and issue resolution; escalate critical items to Project Managers.
• Maintain project document control, drawings, specs, logs, and records.
• Process submittals and RFI responses; support fabrication and field production activities.
• Assist with purchase orders, subcontract coordination, material tracking, and logistics.
• Interface with field teams to support planning, execution and problem-solving, ensuring safety and quality.
