Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management or relevant curriculum required or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Experience from a larger GC is preferred.
• Procore, Bluebeam or other construction management software familiarity is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schedule.
• Experience with building envelope trades and coordination with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project Management team with administration on a moderate-size project or portion of a large project, following guidelines.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to address questions and issues.
• Assist with and monitor change orders and construction documentation.
• Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion within budget and contract.
• Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
• Provide technical direction and oversee adherence to policies.
