Job summary

Bisnow is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for its NYC operation. The role supports the Project Manager, site superintendent, subcontractors, architects, designers, and vendors to keep projects organized and on track from pre-construction to completion.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction experience, NYC construction knowledge, and a background in high-end interior projects. This is an in-person, full-time position based in Long Island City, Queens with opportunities to assume

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience, preferably in general contracting.
• NYC construction experience is required.
• Experience with high-end interior construction is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager with day-to-day administration and coordination of assigned construction projects.
• Maintain organized project documentation (contracts, drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes).
• Assist with tracking schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate information among project team members and stakeholders.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoices, expenditures, and cost reporting.
• Support procurement activities and change orders.
