• Relevant experience in commercial construction or a related field; an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is beneficial.
• Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and basic building codes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Support schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination; track materials and equipment deliveries.
• Help manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation and support inspections and quality control.
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep project milestones on track.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and office staff to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
