The Axel Group is partnering with a growing construction company in Bethlehem, PA to find an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join its team. This role offers involvement in projects from pre-construction through completion as the company expands its Bethlehem footprint.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in construction project coordination and is eager to grow hands‑on experience across all phases of construction.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and construction documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• LEED experience or certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Assist with project scheduling, material procurement, and tracking.
• Support Project Managers with subcontractor coordination, change orders, and financial documentation.
• Attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and communicate project updates.
• Assist with site visits, safety compliance, and field coordination.
• Support project closeout, warranty documentation, and LEED requirements where applicable.
