Rwedesignbuild is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager across all phases of commercial construction projects. The role bridges office and field operations, coordinating schedules, budgets, and documentation while communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction or project support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Knowledge of construction methods, processes, and building codes.

Aufgaben

• Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers to maintain workflow.
• Help track project milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project logs, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Track project costs and help prepare progress billings.
• Support management of change orders and budget adjustments.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Help resolve day-to-day issues by coordinating between office and field teams.
• Ensure construction activities align with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Support client communication and foster positive relationships.
• Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.
