Job summary

You will assist with rent collection, leasing activities, and maintaining compliance while delivering exceptional resident experiences and collaborating with the on-site team to achieve occupancy and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–2 years in community management, leasing, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day community operations and leasing tasks.
• Support rent collection and delinquency follow-up.
• Coordinate tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Maintain compliant lease files and documentation.
• Collaborate with on-site team to meet occupancy goals.
