Responsibilities include rent collection, delinquency management, lease activity, property inspections, vendor coordination, and supervising the on-site team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience and strong knowledge of fair housing regulations.
• Experience with rent collection, delinquencies, and basic financial reporting.
• High school diploma or GED; Nevada Private Investigator work card required.

Responsibilities

• Financial: drive rent collection, delinquency management, audit invoices, assist with budgets.
• Leasing & resident experience: support leasing activities, manage renewals, ensure high service levels.
• Operational: inspections, coordinate maintenance, manage work orders, coordinate with vendors.
• Team leadership: assist Community Manager in supervising on-site team and enforcing standards.
