Job summary
Legends is seeking an IT Manager to serve as the hands-on technology leader for Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, AZ. The role combines network engineering and systems administration to ensure security, reliability, and performance of the venue’s technology during daily operations and live events.
You will collaborate with Legends Global Corporate IT and vendors, lead projects, and support ticketing, access control, and AV systems while maintaining comprehensive documentation and ensuring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, MIS, cybersecurity or related field.
- Minimum of three years’ hands-on experience supporting and administering enterprise network and systems.
- Experience in network and systems administration in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary on-site technology resource for Desert Diamond Arena and coordinate with IT teams and vendors.
- Provide hands-on administration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networks, servers, and endpoints.
- Maintain cybersecurity practices, incident escalation, and documentation for venue technology.
