Job summary

Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, AZ seeks an IT Manager to lead day-to-day technology across networks, systems, and end-user devices. You will work with Legends Global IT to plan, implement, and optimize infrastructure and cybersecurity for live events.

The role requires hands-on engineering, project leadership, and vendor coordination, with on-site availability for events and nontraditional hours. A strong service mindset and experience in enterprise environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting enterprise networks and systems.
• Experience in high-availability environments.
• Experience coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site technology resource for Desert Diamond Arena.
• Provide hands-on administration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networks, servers, and endpoints.
• Support concerts and events by ensuring technology readiness and issue resolution.
• Maintain cybersecurity practices including access controls, backups, and incident escalation.
• Coordinate with Legends Global IT and vendors on technology projects and budgets.
