Job summary

Legends Global seeks an IT Manager for Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, AZ. This hands-on leadership role oversees networks, systems, and end-user technology to ensure security, reliability, and peak performance during daily operations and live events.

You will balance hands-on technical work with project leadership, collaborating with tenants, promoters, and corporate IT teams. A strong client-service mindset and vendor coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years’ hands-on enterprise IT experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise networks and systems in high-availability environments.
• Strong cybersecurity, incident response, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site IT operations for Desert Diamond Arena and coordinate with Legends Global IT teams.
• Administer and troubleshoot networks, servers, endpoints, and cloud services.
• Provide timely user support and coordinate with vendors for timely project delivery.
• Develop operating plans, budgets, and roadmaps for technology initiatives.
