Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments.
• Verify transactions and payments for individual accounts.
• Release non-emailed invoices and assist with payment remittance details.
• Collaborate with Sales to optimize cash collection and match to invoices.
• Communicate with delinquent customers and escalate as needed.
• Produce reports on customer account status and renew tax-exempt certificates.
