Job summary

Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate for an on-site role in Warminster, PA. Hours are 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with pay between $19 and $21 per hour based on experience. The position involves invoicing, payment processing, and handling client disputes.

Responsibilities include processing payments, applying cash, managing credit card logs, and delivering invoices. Candidates should have at least one year of related experience and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize work by urgency and meet deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply manual credit card payments.
• Manage daily credit card logs and process cards in Authorize.Net or Orbital.
• Cash-apply successful charges and contact customers on failed charges.
• Deliver invoices and revise them to client specifications; upload invoices to portals.
• Deliver invoices via web, email or mail; research disputes and assist in collections as needed.
