Job summary

Eagle Harbor, LLC, seeks an Applications Support Analyst to provide functional and implementation support to IS&A and IT Infrastructure teams in Albuquerque, NM. This on-site role supports applications users and collaborates with multiple functional teams within NTC, ensuring security and lifecycle compliance.

Responsibilities include production and testing environment support, deployment assistance, patch management, and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years professional experience in software/hardware applications for a complex organization including development
• 2 years professional experience in an enterprise server environment
• Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory and Group Policy

Responsibilities

• Provides support in production, demonstration, and testing environments
• Provides client support during development and production deployment of applications
• Assists with identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues
• Assists with implementing patch management and software upgrades for all applications
• Documents and maintains a knowledgebase and other associated information in accordance with IS&A and cyber security protocols
• Assists in the development, maintenance, and implementation of a Disaster Recovery Plan for all production applications
• Ensures follow through on entire software lifecycle
• Supports Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for development and production application authentication
• Applies and follows basic safety and security concepts and policies
