Platinum Technologies is seeking an Intermediate Helpdesk Specialist to support a large DOD contract. The role will provide IT Service Desk support, install, operate, and secure data and applications in the DTRA data center, handling incidents and escalating as needed.

The position is onsite in Albuquerque, NM, requiring an active TS/SCI clearance and experience with Remedy/ServiceNow ticketing systems. Strong customer service and ITIL-aligned processes are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher
• Active DOD Secret clearance
• IAT Level II certification preferred
• Experience with IT help desk and ticketing systems

Responsabilités

• Provide IT Service Desk support with problem triage, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software for users.
• Coordinate with IT teams to resolve incidents and meet SLA commitments.
• Document issues, solutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Assist new employees with ADPE setup, network connectivity, and access provisioning.
