Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and ability to resolve resident, prospect, and vendor issues.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and outgoing personality.
• Experience in leasing apartments and sales capabilities to meet occupancy goals.
• Prior supervisory experience or ability to direct staff.
• Ability to handle lease documents, paperwork, and accurate record-keeping.
• Experience with banking deposits and basic math related to rents and fees.
