Job summary

Omega Management Group in Andover, KS seeks a Residential Community Manager to maximize income and control expenses across the apartment community. You will supervise the management office and staff, ensure property cleanliness, and meet occupancy targets.

Responsibilities include leasing, handling resident needs, collecting rents and fees, maintaining records, and coordinating with maintenance to keep the property in good repair. A high school diploma and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Minimum of one year of experience in management, sales, and/or office administration. Prior apartment management experience is preferred.
• The ARM or CAM designations are preferred.
• HUD/LIHTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize income and control expenses at the apartment community.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the management office and staff.
• Ensure property is clean, well maintained, and occupancy targets are met.
• Promote increased rental revenue and service residents’ needs.
• Collect rents and fees and maintain accurate records.
