Job summary

Omega Management Group is seeking a Residential Community Manager to maximize income and control expenses at an apartment community in Salina, Kansas. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, staff, and leasing to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include supervising the office, ensuring property upkeep, collecting rents, and addressing resident, prospect, and vendor needs with strong customer service and communication skills. Prior apartment management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Minimum of one year of experience in management, sales, and/or office administration.
• Prior apartment management experience preferred.
• ARM or CAM designations are preferred.
• HUD/LIHTC experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Come join the Omega Team for this exciting opportunity. We are looking to add a Community Manager with our team. The Residential Community Manager’s goal is to maximize the income and control the expenses at the apartment community. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and organization of the apartment management office and staff ensuring that the property is clean, in good repair and target occupancy is met.
