AIR Communities operates apartment communities nationwide and seeks a Service/Maintenance Manager to lead a 3-person maintenance team, delivering outstanding resident service and ensuring safety and AIR procedures are followed.

You will coordinate make-readies, move-outs, and work sequencing with vendors, with an on-site housing option available and rent applied as income as described. Flexibility in schedule is required; benefits include PTO, insurance, 401(k), and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance and facilities management experience.
• 1-3 years of team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Ensure property follows AIR operating procedures, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage budget to maximize ROI while maintaining high quality and service.
