Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in the property management industry.
• 1–3 years of experience leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance.
• Able to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 2+ direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance including vendor relationships, staff, preventative maintenance, turns, and service requests.
• Communicate maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure timely addressing of needs.
• Ensure compliance with AIR operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Manage budget to maximize ROI while maintaining quality and service.
