Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our community at 3300 Tamarac in Denver, CO. You will oversee maintenance and repair activities, coordinate staff, and ensure service requests are handled efficiently in a multi-unit property.

Responsibilities include safety meetings, record-keeping for preventive maintenance, and coordinating equipment maintenance while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintenance experience with at least 150 units.
• Experience in all trades.
• Team player with a strong customer service attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff
• Managing system for handling resident service requests
• Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel
• Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings
• Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!
