Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at an apartment community in Anna, TX. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and on-site staff while ensuring exceptional resident service.

The role requires strong leadership, resident relations, and the ability to train and motivate a team, with a focus on compliance and performance reporting; on-site work with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of related multi-family property management experience.
• 2+ years in tax credit or affordable housing experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policy
• Analyze performance and trends to develop and implement monthly marketing plan
• Trains, motivates and supervises all on-site staff in order to achieve operational goals of assigned community. This includes new employee orientation and training, ongoing formal and informal performance evaluation, review and approval of time-sheets, instructing and advising on-site staff of employee procedures and guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards for resident service
• Assist in preparation of budget, and adherence to approved budgets
• Complete month-end and year-end reporting as required
• Provide narrative of all monthly budget variances +/- 10% per line item
• Ensure that property operations are compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements
