Job summary

Ringana GmbH in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset accounting for our U.S. business, ensuring accurate records and collaborating with partners and Austria HQ.

You will use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of AP and Fixed Asset processes in the U.S., while working with U.S. finance teams and stakeholders at Ringana's Austria HQ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset accounting.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Ability to learn new systems and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable processing, payments, and expense reports.
• Record fixed asset acquisitions, dispositions, and depreciation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing per U.S. accounting standards.
• Collaborate with U.S. finance teams and Austria headquarters.
• Assist in AP/Fixed Asset process optimization and system improvements.
