Qualifications

• Prior AP/AR or accounting support experience.
• Ability to process a high volume of invoices and perform data entry.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good typing skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers and entering information accurately.
• Basic knowledge of invoice processing, payments, and account records.
• Ability to follow established procedures, stay organized, and manage daily priorities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review invoices for accuracy, verify amounts, and identify missing or incorrect information.
• Assist with matching invoices to purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Enter and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable information in the accounting system.
• Assist with customer invoicing, payment posting, and basic collections follow-up.
• Help prepare vendor payments and follow up on outstanding invoices as needed.
• Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation.
• Perform data entry, filing, and general accounting administrative duties.
• Use Microsoft Excel to update spreadsheets, organize information, and track invoices.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve routine invoice discrepancies.
• Follow company procedures and meet daily processing deadlines.
