Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting, AP/AR, or bookkeeping experience.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred (will accept relevant work experience).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with proper coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Manage vendor records, onboarding, and W-9 collection.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs (ACH, check, wire).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices and apply payments.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Support month-end close and account reconciliations.
