Job summary
Eltropy is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to help credit unions leverage our AI-driven SaaS platform for member engagements. You will customize, integrate and deploy our digital conversations solution in a customer-facing role.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering and professional services to design technical solutions, deliver demos, and ensure successful project outcomes. Remote work with occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of experience as a Solutions Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
- Proven customer-facing SE or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of credit unions and banking systems.
- Experience with CCaaS and UCaaS vendors.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales support including demos.
- Define technical requirements and create solution designs with teams.
- Document scope, requirements, and timelines; communicate to stakeholders.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery with teams.
- Develop relationships with clients as technical advisor.
- Design phased bank integrations compatible with client infra.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share with team.
- Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams.
- Monitor and evaluate solution effectiveness and identify improvements.
