Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production operations at the Reinbeck, Iowa site. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and control devices, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have millwright maintenance experience, knowledge of motors, hydraulics and HVAC, and a valid driver’s license. The role requires rotating shifts, on-call work during peak seasons, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with industrial maintenance and safety procedures.
• Understanding of motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ensure operation of production equipment including mechanical, electrical and control devices.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on factory assets.
• Assist with seasonal prep work and respond to priority work orders.
• Work rotating day/evening shifts and on-call during peak seasons.
