Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensures activities align with Think Together mission and policies.
• Train and supervise staff; provide coaching and resources.
• Maintain attendance, student data, and program records.
• Ensure safety guidelines and school safety plans are followed.
• Communicate with school principals, parents, and partners.
