Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to supervise an on-site housing community in Clayton, NC, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will lead staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while upholding policy, safety and fair housing.

The role emphasizes personnel management, budget development, marketing, resident relations, and service excellence. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's is preferred; CAM/ARM and OSHA knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BA preferred or 4 years housing industry experience; or equivalent.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills required and familiarity with onsite software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations, staffing, leasing, maintenance, and finances.
• Ensure compliance with policy, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Manage budgets, marketing plans, and resident relations.
