Job summary

The role requires 1 year of manufacturing experience, and preferred credentials include a technical certificate or degree, plus experience with composites, cranes, and forklifts. U.S.

Qualifications

• US citizen or legal permanent resident status required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum high school diploma; technical certificate or degree preferred.
• 1 year manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in composite or fiberglass fabrication preferred.
• Crane and forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in manufacturing processes such as composite fabrication, infusion, assembly, welding, mill operations, metrology, ovens, or Waterjet.
• Ensure quality and quantity of work, train and ensure safety.
• Complete shift work and assign daily tasks.
• Train technicians I & II; assist supervisors and engineers.
• Review timecards and monitor attendance.
• Enforce safety, 5S and Nadcap standards.
