Responsibilities

• Day-to-day maintenance and administration support for applications.
• Test enhancements, updates, and system changes to the current applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve users’ technical issues.
• Update processing checklists and procedures to adapt to changes.
• Assist with client set up and maintenance.
• Training and supporting newer team members.
