Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of accounting experience or relevant coursework.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong professionalism and people skills; reliable team player.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; strong communication skills.
• Deltek CostPoint experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Accountants with tasks for internal and external requests.
• Prepare and send monthly invoices with required backups.
• Monitor unpaid invoices and assist with collections.
• Assist with data entry in accounting systems and contract review.
• Process accounts payable and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Cash receipt backup and AR/AP support; assist with general accounting tasks.
