Kimley-Horn is seeking an Accounting Systems Specialist for our West Palm Beach office. The role supports the corporate Processing team, collaborating with regional and national accounting teams to monitor and maintain business applications, including Deltek Costpoint and Concur, while delivering excellent user support.

The position is in-office at the West Palm Beach location, with emphasis on customer service and cross-functional communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of relevant accounting experience or coursework.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming payments to ensure proper cash application.
• Prepare for and schedule accounting system processes.
• Provide coverage to the accounting helpdesk.
• Maintain and administer applications day-to-day.
• Test enhancements, updates, and system changes.
• Troubleshoot users’ issues.
• Update processing checklists and procedures to adapt to changes.
• Assist with client setup and maintenance.
• Train and support newer team members.
