The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience and proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks and PMS systems. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and managing monthly P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Manage daily, monthly, and year-end closing processes.
• Oversee preparation of financial reports for ownership and external auditors.
