Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years of general accounting experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle accounts payable functions: reviewing, processing, and recording invoices.
• Maintain and support the purchase order processing system.
• Record financial transactions and reconcile accounts as needed.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain organized records.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as directed.
