Job summary

The Garden Medical Spa in Voorhees, NJ is seeking a dedicated Accountant for a full-time on-site position. You will manage day-to-day financial operations, including AP/AR, GL entries, payroll, and bank reconciliations, while preparing financial statements and monitoring budgets.

You will work with management to improve processes and support audits or tax compliance. Prior healthcare or service industry experience is a plus, and ADP knowledge is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core accounting functions including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and monitor budgets.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Process payroll and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support external auditors or tax professionals as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve financial processes and reporting.
