Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in account management, CRM-focused B2B roles.
• Strong relationship-building and proactive communication.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects.

• Manage relationships with existing commercial customers, serving as primary contact for updates and needs.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate requests and project details with internal teams to ensure timely responses.
• Follow up on quotes and customer requests to keep projects moving forward.
• Communicate pricing, scope, timelines, and next steps clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and opportunity updates in the CRM.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing business with current customers.
• Coordinate handoffs to Project Management while staying engaged with the customer.
