Job summary

Nexus Solutions for Autism in the Greater Chicago Area seeks a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision. This full-time, on-site role supports individuals with autism across home, school, and community settings, conducting one-on-one therapy and recording progress data.

You will collaborate with licensed clinicians, participate in trainings, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to implement structured ABA treatment plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families and clinical teams.
• Ability to complete training in Behavioral Intervention and address challenging behaviors ethically.
• Competence in collecting, recording, and interpreting behavioral data; follow clinical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions following individualized ABA plans.
• Collect and record behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and reinforce new skills.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and families; participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment across home, school, and community settings.
