Job summary

Nexus Therapies in Fairfield, Connecticut is seeking a Behavior Therapist responsible for delivering intensive behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work within a clinical team to implement tailored treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation.

This part-time role requires a high school degree, RBT certification, and the ability to communicate effectively. Flexible Monday through Friday hours are available, with occasional weekend shifts as necessary.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Relevant associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, or related field.
• RBT Certification is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy in individual and group sessions.
• Complete weekly program writing and maintain client's program book.
• Work with the Clinical Team to implement individualized goals.
