Responsibilities

• Manage full accounts receivable process from invoicing to cash application.
• Perform deduction analysis, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Reconcile customer accounts and analyze aging reports.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen cash flow.
