Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder in Lexington, TN to lead on‑shift operations and ensure an excellent donor and shopper experience.

You will help maintain a clean, well‑ merchandised store, support POS transactions, and guide team members during shifts to uphold safety and service standards. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business, logistics, supply chain, retail operations, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics environments required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and feedback.
• Ability to learn and consistently apply established processes, systems, equipment, and SOPs.
• Basic computer proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to operate a forklift (must obtain forklift certification; training provided).
• Bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the on‑duty key holder during assigned shifts, supporting opening/closing routines and store readiness.
• Provide on‑floor leadership to guide associates and support shift execution.
• Support POS transactions, customer flow, and donor interactions with friendly service.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and safety across all areas.
• Train and coach new and existing associates during shifts.
• Escalate concerns to store leadership as appropriate.
