Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Key Holder in Lexington to provide on‑shift leadership and keep the store clean, merchandised, and welcoming for shoppers and donors. You will support opening/closing, guide team members, and assist with POS transactions and daily operations.

In this role you will reinforce service standards, coach staff, and ensure safety and smooth customer flow across registers, aisles, fitting rooms, and donor drop‑off areas. Flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, management, retail operations, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organized and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on‑duty key holder, supporting opening and closing routines.
• Provide on‑floor leadership to guide associates and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Communicate priorities and issues to store leadership during handoffs.
• Escalate complex customer, donor, safety, or operational concerns.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Support shopper and donor experience with clean, organized environments.
• Reinforce merchandising standards and accurate pricing.
• Assist with POS transactions and front-end operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and easy navigation in all areas.
• Coach associates to engage shoppers and donors positively.
