Responsibilities

• Plan and organize scripts for sessions, coordinating schedules and priorities.
• Track scripts and takes to monitor production progress.
• Coordinate script assignments and participant pairings for variety.
• Identify props, scene setups, and instructions for shoots.
• Source and prep props and environments across rooms and settings.
• Review bookings and schedules ensuring readiness of resources.
• Support on-set execution by managing transitions and logistics.
• Coordinate with Director and Tech Ops to minimize downtime.
• Maintain session records and report outstanding tasks.
