Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize scripts for upcoming sessions, coordinating schedules, participant assignments, and production priorities across the day or week
• Track completed, pending, and upcoming scripts and takes, ensuring clear visibility into production progress
• Coordinate script assignments and participant pairings to maintain variety across recordings and avoid repetition
• Review scripts in advance to identify required props, materials, scene setups, and any specific instructions or compliance requirements
• Source, organize, and prepare props and filming environments, including kitchen, bedroom, living room, and other household settings
• Review participant bookings and session schedules to ensure the appropriate scripts, environments, and resources are ready
• Support on-set execution by managing scene transitions, resetting props, and addressing logistical needs during filming
• Work closely with the Director and Tech Ops team to maintain production schedules, resolve issues, and minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate session records, track progress against daily production goals, and communicate outstanding tasks or requirements
