Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a driven sales professional to grow market share in Easton, MD. You will build strong relationships with accounts, drive promotions, and ensure on-shelf impact while meeting monthly targets.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4–5+ years with a high school diploma, plus a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs (up to 175 lbs for keg handling).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation and maintain valid driver license.
• Ability to lift products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicating pricing and promotions, coordinating displays and POS materials, events and other promotions.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product codes.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
